IN THIS ALERT: TEMPORARY TOTAL DISABILITY RATES SET TO INCREASE IN 2021

The Division of Workers’ Compensation (DWC) has announced updated disability rates for 2021.  As of January 1, 2021, the minimum TD rate will increase to $203.44 per week and the maximum TD rate will increase to $1,356.31 per week.

Injured workers who have been awarded a life pension or permanent total disability are also entitled to have their life pension or PTD rate adjusted based on the SAWW increase of 4.3774%.
