IN THIS ALERT:  Some In-Person WCAB Hearings Will Begin October 1, 2021

The Division of Workers Compensation has announced that, beginning October 1, 2021, in person hearings will resume at most district offices (except Eureka, Bishop, Marysville, Chico and Ukiah).

In person hearings will consist of Trials, Lien Trials, Expedited Hearings and Special Adjudication Unit Trials only.

All Mandatory Settlement Conferences, Priority Conferences, Status Conferences, SAU Conferences and Lien Conferences will continue to be heard telephonically until further notice.

DWC's Notices of Hearing will be updated as of September 17, 2021.  There may be some that indicate that hearings will be heard on conference lines when they are actually being held in person.

All visitors to DWC offices must wear face coverings regardless of vaccinations status or county mandates.
