Scott Goldflam is a Certified Workers’ Compensation Specialist. Mr. Goldflam received his undergraduate degree from Northwestern University in 1988 and his Juris Doctorate degree from the Washington College of Law, American University in 1991.
Mr. Goldflam has practiced exclusively in the workers’ compensation field since 1992. He currently represents self-insured’s, insurance carriers and employers in all aspects of workers’ compensation law including the defense of 132a and Serious and Willful Misconduct claims. Mr. Goldflam has extensive litigation experience and is frequently asked to lecture on various aspects of the workers’ compensation law.
Prior to joining Goldman Magdalin Straatsma, he was a founding Partner of the workers’ compensation defense firm, Vileisis, Brush & Goldflam.
Mr. Goldflam is a member of the State Bar of California, the San Fernando County Bar Association, and the Los Angeles County Bar Association, Workers’ Compensation Section.
