Jordan A. Gropack, Woodland Hills Jordan A. Gropack, a Los Angeles native, received his Juris Doctor from Southwestern University School of Law. His legal career has been spent practicing in the area of employment law. While Mr. Gropack previously focused on representing employees, he has shifted his practice to employer representation since joining Goldman, Magdalin & Krikes. Mr. Gropack has extensive experience with a wide variety of employment law claims including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, employment contract disputes, violation of leave laws, and wage and hour issues. He also has experience litigating wage and hour class actions on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants. Mr. Gropack frequently provides advice and counsel to employers with a strong emphasis on avoiding lawsuits whenever possible. Mitchell E. Green, Woodland Hills Mr. Green received a Bachelor of Science degree from Eastern Oregon University in 1987 and his Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School in 1991. Mr. Green is licensed to practice before all of the courts in California as well as the United States District Court, Central District of California. Prior to becoming an attorney Mr. Green worked as a property and casualty claims adjuster for seven years while working his way through college. Prior to joining Goldman, Magdalin & Krikes, LLP, Mr. Green was an Assistant City Attorney for the City of Simi Valley, California where he supervised the city’s civil litigation program. Mr. Green supervises the civil litigation department for Goldman, Magdalin & Krikes, LLP and specializes in subrogation matters, including workers’ compensation subrogation, property and casualty subrogation and products liability subrogation. In addition, Mr. Green is a retired U.S. Army Reserve officer and is a former Army helicopter pilot. |
