Robert W. Conti, North Hollywood
Robert Conti received his undergraduate degree from University of Southern California and his Juris Doctor from Loyola School of Law. Mr. Conti handles Employment and Labor related matters.
Robert Conti has spent his entire law career in the area of labor and employment, starting as a clerk in the Department of Fair Employment and Housing and a union-side law firm while still in law school. Later, he worked for several large national or local law firms, before moving his practice to a smaller group. Robert has successfully defended employers before juries in state and federal court, appellate court, and before administrative agencies. His client base includes smaller, entrepreneurial businesses, and large employers such as the University of Southern California and the California State University system. He joined GMK in order to develop its employment practice, particularly in the area of disability discrimination claims arising out of industrial injuries.
Mr. Conti is a frequent lecturer on Employment and Labor related issues and also provides educational training for employers. He was named a Super Lawyer in Labor and Employment for 2007.
