Timothy Page Nye, Sacramento
Timothy Page Nye graduated from the University of California at Davis in 1977, and earned his Juris Doctor degree from UC Davis School of Law in 1980.
Mr. Nye has exclusively practiced workers’ compensation defense since 1981, including defense of Serious and Willful actions, 132a claims, and subrogation. He has served as an expert witness on issues of workers’ defense attorney malpractice and workers’ compensation insurance company bad faith in courts of general jurisdiction. In addition, he has lectured and provided MCLE training for attorneys as well as claims professionals in the workers’ compensation industry.
Prior to joining Goldman, Magdalin & Krikes, LLP in July 2008, Mr. Nye was the principal in his own law firm since 1989.
